Type in your postcode. If your district is free, you can take it. It is exclusive for 4 months from each payment, renewed every time you order. If someone already has it, you can join the waitlist.
We text you to set up a call
We'll text you to answer any questions about how it works and set up a short call to agree your minimum job price, cleaning frequency and how many customers you can take on. No sales pitch, just the details.
Ads go live in your district
We run the ads, handle the enquiries and agree price and frequency with each customer before you hear about them.
Customers land in your dashboard
Name, address, agreed price and frequency, ready to go. Export them to Squeegee or CleanerPlanner and get on with the work.
What a batch costs
Simple pricing
You pay 2.5× the total recurring value of each batch we deliver. Small deposit to start. You only pay the remaining balance after the batch is delivered.

Cycles vary by customer: 4, 6, 8 or 12 weekly, so the yearly figure is the 4-weekly case rather than a promise. Cancellations inside 60 days come off your batch value.
No small print
Cancels within 60 days? You don’t pay. Simple.
Unsuitable customers are replaced at no charge. Anyone who cancels within 60 days comes off your batch value. We carry the risk, not you.

Any customer who cancels within 60 days is removed from your batch value. You only pay for customers who stick.
Unsuitable customers are replaced free
Wrong area, unsafe access, not what was agreed. Tell us and we replace them at no cost.
One cleaner per district
A district is exclusive for 4 months from each payment, renewed every time you order. We do not sell the same postcode to another cleaner during that time.

Straight answers
“What is the deposit?”
Batches start from £750. A £150 deposit reserves your area. You only pay the remaining balance after the batch is delivered.
“What does price agreed actually mean?”
Before a customer reaches you, we have spoken to them, confirmed the address, agreed a price for the job and agreed how often they want it done. They are expecting you. That is the difference between a customer and a lead.
“What happens after 4 months?”
A district is exclusive for 4 months from each payment, renewed every time you order. If you do not order again, the district is released and can be offered to another cleaner.
“Can I export customers to Squeegee or CleanerPlanner?”
Yes. Every customer can be exported from your dashboard with name, address, phone, agreed price and frequency, in a format that imports straight into Squeegee, CleanerPlanner or a spreadsheet.
